We generate electricity. So it is not finite. The things we generate it from might be.

But there are a lot of energy sources that are sustainable/renewable and infinite. Solar, Wind, Tidal, Geothermal to name just a few.

Yes, and we are actually living in an interesting times now. Hybrids, plug-ins and electric vehicles are on their way for such great developments. Time will come that we'll see hydrogen cars on the road too.

EVs and plug-in hybrids are great... but until we green our electricity grid they're no greener than a straight gasoline hybrid.

Until automakers can significantly improve the battery useage time, and reduce the charging time, I will not consider EV
