&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think role of companies with large fleets and fairly limited driving ranges is key in polishing new tech before mass adoption. Way to go USPS! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I wonder where exactly in Irvine this is.&lt;/p&gt;
