Your manhood should be questioned if you bought the scooter. ;-) If you're a first time rider, I would recommend a 600cc bike. Any of the Japanese bike are good. Personally I like the Suzuki's. Make sure you check out Motorcycle Safety Foundation. They have a great beginners class. Good luck...
