hello I have sold and driven both. If safty is an issue buy the Honda, Prius has a 2 star rear crash test, very poor. Prius wins the bells and whistles by far. I like the hatch back options it provides also. I would buy me a prius, no I have bought and would again buy a Camry Hybrid, they are AWESOME...

I wouldn't mind trying out the new Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid - the engine shutting down every time you stop sounds pretty cool to me - even though it may not technically be a hybrid... I really think all vehicle engines should be designed that way... does not make much sense to have the motor running...
